May 1 - Plastic Pollution & Solutions For The Future
Join Malte Niebelschütz, founder of Shore Buddies and Alicia Amerson, host of Projects for Wildlife Podcast for an evening of discussions and networking around the idea of plastic pollution and solutions for the future.
This event is for all environmental advocates, ocean-lovers, enviro policy makers, eco-consultants, outdoor adventures, and general public seeking more information about plastic pollution. Are you a nature photographer or into sustainable tourism?
Nature Photography Ethics has become a topic of controversy over the past few years with photographers pushing the limits to what can and should be done to create impactful images. In this seminar you will learn how professional wildlife photographers ethically make images and how to label them. During this presentation NANPA Ethics Committee Chair, Jennifer Leigh Warner will dive deep into this issue discussing the importance of social responsibility and maintaining public trust in the ethical considerations made during the creation of nature related imagery. Presenter: Jennifer Leigh Warner – North American Nature Photography Association-NANPA Ethics Committee Chair We'd love for you to join us! - Nature photographers - Ecotour operators - Tourists - Outdoor enthusiasts - Wildlife lovers A portion of the proceeds and donations will be collected for Shoot'emwithacamera A grassroots organization, Shoot’em With a Camera, was an idea that resulted in a successful campaign for grizzly bears, to get out in the field and hunt with a camera. As new species come under review for delisting from the Endangered Species List - once again the organization is ready to take a stance. Let's do our part and help them. |
